2. Service Description

Amakori provides an AI-powered agency operating system that assists businesses with social media content creation, scheduling, publishing, and optimization. Our specialized AI agents generate content recommendations, create captions and posts, and publish approved content to connected social media platforms.

All AI-generated content is presented to you for review and requires your explicit approval before publication. You maintain full control over what is published to your social media accounts.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your organization to these terms.

4. Social Media Account Connection

Our service requires you to connect your social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) via OAuth authorization. By connecting your accounts, you authorize Amakori to:

• Publish content that you have explicitly approved
• Retrieve performance data and analytics for published content
• Access basic profile information necessary for publishing

You may disconnect your accounts at any time. You remain the owner of all your social media accounts and the content published through them.

5. Content Ownership and Responsibility

AI-generated content suggestions are created by our system but become your property upon approval. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication. By approving content, you confirm that it complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of the respective social media platforms.

Amakori does not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors, factual inaccuracies, or potential intellectual property issues. You are responsible for final review.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by our AI agents is created using large language models. While we strive for high quality and accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. You should always review AI-generated content before approving it for publication.

Amakori is not liable for any consequences arising from content that you have reviewed and approved for publication.

7. Pricing and Credits

Our services are provided on a subscription basis consisting of a monthly base fee and a credit allocation. Credits are consumed when AI agents perform tasks on your behalf. Additional credits beyond your monthly allocation are available at per-unit rates.

Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Pricing details are provided in your service agreement.

8. Data Protection

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data is stored on EU-based servers with strict multi-tenant isolation. We do not sell your data to third parties.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

• Publish content that violates applicable laws or platform terms
• Distribute spam, misleading, or harmful content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of third parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse our AI systems
• Circumvent security measures or access other users' data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (social media platforms, cloud infrastructure providers), scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Amakori's total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will disconnect all social media accounts, stop all scheduled publishing, and delete your data within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Stuttgart, Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
